This idyllic holiday home is a charming Grade II listed, detached cottage, which provides comfortable and superbly well-equipped accommodation. Larbrax Lodge has a spacious sitting room with dining area, and features patio doors that open out onto a large garden with mature trees and a lovely summerhouse. Portpatrick is close by and offers secluded bays, beaches, wonderful cliff-top walks, good pubs and restaurants, and amazing views of the area from the Lighthouse Pottery. This great holiday property is located at the beginning of a popular Scottish walking route - Southern Upland Way – and makes the perfect starting point for exploring the South West of Scotland.

Full electric heating with additional heating from electric fires. Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colour TV, video, DVD, radio/CD player. Small library of DVDs and books. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large lawned garden with garden furniture, BBQ and summer house. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: There is a private water supply. Note: There is an unfenced pond opposite the property. Ensure care is taken. Note: The owner requests a refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of £50 payable on arrival. |
